Sharing my thoughts …

Another year is over and as I look back at 2007 I’m aware of new beliefs I’ve formed and old beliefs that I hold onto.  Some beliefs have served me well, such as living “green”, as much as possible, and eating organic foods.  Other beliefs have outlived their usefulness, such as believing that I can’t market my services.  Of course, even though I know from a logical standpoint that self-limiting beliefs need to go, releasing them from their tight grip is not always easy. (Gee!  Another self-limiting belief!)So as I head into 2008, I intend to observe my beliefs and build on those that are empowering and learn to release those that no longer serve me.  What beliefs do you hold?

Questions to ponder …

  1. What beliefs limit you?
  2. What beliefs empower you?
  3. What do you believe is your biggest potential for 2008?
  4. What self-limiting beliefs would you like to release in 2008?
  5. What do you believe is your unique contribution; your life path?
  6. How can you question and transform beliefs that no longer serve you?
  7. What do others believe about you that you don’t believe about yourself?
  8. What beliefs have you held since childhood?  How do they serve you now?
  9. Think of 5 things you believe without question.  Do they drain or energize you?
  10. What beliefs keep you from pursuing your dreams; from realizing your potential?
