“INDECISION”
According to Merriam-Webster's Dictionary …
Indecision
is “a wavering
between two or more possible courses of action”
Sharing my thoughts …
Living with indecision
is exhausting. Indecision can look like a decision to do nothing, to stay with
the status quo; however, when you truly decide to do nothing, you stop dwelling
on other options and you experience a feeling of resolution. Whereas indecision
keeps you wavering between various choices which drains your energy and erodes
your confidence. There is no sense of resolution.
If you tend to
be indecisive, don’t’ judge yourself harshly. Some personality styles have a
harder time making decisions than others. For example, my husband and I can be
indecisive at times, whereas our son is almost always decisive. However, being
aware of our styles helps us to recognize when we’re stuck in indecision and
enables us to move forward with a decision. What is your decision making style?
