According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, Pondering is "to weigh in the mind; to think about; reflect on". I'd like to modify this
definition a bit to reflect a more holistic approach: Pondering is "to weigh in the
mind, heart and body; to think, feel and sense about; reflect on".
Thoughtful questions will have us pondering to uncover the answer. The next time you are facing a problem or feel stuck, rather than trying to come up with the solution, come up with the question. Become quiet and pay attention to what's going on in your mind, heart and body. Your best answer (which is not necessarily the easiest) will come to you when you approach the question from a holistic view. Each month I will post a topic with questions to ponder.
